The Caregiver Educational Conference seeks to improve clinical outcomes and quality of care by providing professionals with necessary tools to effectively respond to the needs of persons with dementia and persons at risk.  Sessions will cover early diagnosis and realigning care services to meet evolving needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease.  These conferences will provide CEU's accordingly.
