Joining with your family, friends and neighbors to raise money to benefit Alzheimer’s disease is a wonderful way to help fund vital research, build awareness and provide much-needed programs and services to the more than 5 million people living with Alzheimer’s in the United States and their families.

The Alzheimer’s Association Care & Cure Drive for Family and Friends program connects you with people you know to get them to support the cause. When you sign up for the program, you’ll receive a Care & Cure Drive kit, which contains:

• Volunteer reply form (to be sent back with all donations)
• 17 Care & Cure Drive appeal notes with donation forms
• 17 white mail-out envelopes
• 17 purple donation return envelopes (used to return donations to you)
• Two large white envelopes addressed to the Alzheimer’s Association

All you do is send notes to your friends and family along with a return envelope. Once you receive their donations, simply drop them into the provided envelope and send it to us. It’s that easy.
